I bought these shorts to do my first triathlon. I have cycling shorts by Pearl iZUMi and ordered the same size. Unfortunately, these shorts were quite tight. I knew tri shorts should be tight, so I thought maybe that is how they were supposed to fit. However, looking in the mirror, these are not flattering if you are a curvy woman. If you look closely at the picture, the lines that run from hip bone to pubic bone are contrasting to the rest of the fabric. This is NOT flattering unless you are super skinny, and maybe not even then. I am not trying to be about fashion or looks when I tri, but these made me look horrible and I would never wear them out of the house. Unfortunately, they have to go back. If you want to know about the rest: the chamois was super thin and shaped like in the bicycle shape you would expect. The rubber on the legs to prevent ride up was slightly sticky and seemed much different than the cycle shorts.
