SPRI Kettlebell

SPRI Kettlebell#18 pounds is a great amount for general single arm curls and rows.

I find it too light for single arm swings, but I consider myself strong.

The color coding is nice for telling what you are grabbing at a glance.

both i and a friend at work are using the kettlebell in gym at work don''t need all the other equipment when a kettlebell is available. a kettlebell is all that''s needed for cardio and strength training.

8 lb bell is a good start to familiarize w/ how to work w/ a kettlebell for a girl although a 10 lb or 12 lb bell would have been fine.
