I had the pedal for about 2 months and the strap broke. Making it totally useless for my purposes. The one that came with the bike which appeared identical lasted for 3 years. The previous owner had it for 18 years(same original pedal) If you use it for high intensity workouts then buy one with a better strap.

Bought this for my mother to use on her exercise bike as part of rehab for her knee replacement surgery, fit perfect and has delivered the assistance she needed in keeping her foot from slipping off the pedals.
