Included are just a weighted ball and jump rope. I was excited about the water-filled weight ball, with hopes that I could travel with the product. However, the weight ball took me what seemed FOREVER to fill, until I realized that the white plug can be completely removed. I constructed a homemade funnel (with plastic bag, straw and tape), and filled the weight ball in about 10 minutes. Although I discovered the correct way to fill the ball, I probably won''t be traveling with it, since the process was still difficult.
There is no way to fill the ball with water. The opening is very small with no instructions to fill the ball.
Also the jump rope is cheap missing a handle.
