Yes, I created The Total Body Makeover. But I''m also a user and a believer in the product. I am a P90X veteran, having completed the program multiple times; I love that program. Tony Horton and Beachbody put together something truly special, but it''s not for everybody. As time went on I came across issues that I felt needed to be addressed. First was the yoga routine; way too long. I simply did not want to dedicate that much time to any exercise routine. Second was the hard pounding moves of the plyometrics routine. More often than not I would have to skip it because of my knee. I had an ACL replacement and 40% of my meniscus removed in my left knee a few years back. Third, there were more than a few odd weight lifting moves that caused problems in my joints. And last was doing a routine every day of the week. It was one day too many in my opinion. So guess what? I went to the National Academy of Sports Medicine and got certified as a Personal Trainer and Weight Management Specialist. Then started in on building a program that would rectify all of those things listed above and still deliver awesome results. And happily, I have accomplished this task. Honestly, not only can I safely perform every move in the program; I have never achieved such great results. Just two weeks of the Stabilization phase produced a body that felt stronger, more stable and which stood straighter than at any other time in my life. I also broke through a weight loss plateau that I had been stuck at for many months and my physical fitness level expounded upwards from phase to phase there after. But don''t just take my word for it. Try it out for yourself. As a matter of fact I''m heading out to rock Disk 1 right now:Core Stabilizers and Cardio I. It''s all that and a bag of chips, baby! The Total Body Makeover
