I have been working out with this video for about three months now, and I really love it! It doesn''t have any obnoxious music to drive you crazy after a few workouts, just birds and ocean sounds. It''s a nice quick workout; the main workout is less than 30 minutes. And I have noticeable results! I''ve lost INCHES!! My abs, waist, my thighs, my hips, about four inches total! And my arms are looking toned and trim. Plus, I can take it anywhere. I''m going to take it with me on vacation it''s so light and small. Thank you Wai Lana!

I was happy to find this for an extremely cheap price. If I hadn''t got this for $8.00 I would''ve been much more disappointed. I don''t have a problem with the bands. They are fine. The video itself is lacking. I was completely bored and ended up looking for other exercise videos for the bands. Some of the exercises on the dvd didn''t even require the bands. I felt like it was working out my arms and I didn''t get a good work out for my abs or thighs as it claims.

I guess you get what you pay for. These exercise bands are very flimsy. They are small and lightweight, which is good for travel, but they don''t give much resistance.
