I assembled this unit last night and for $700 it is a pretty solid unit. The unit is very well built; clean welds, super beefy steel, completely assembled I think this thing easily weighs in over 200 pounds. The BowFlex 3.1 bench is a complete joke compared to the quality of this build. I love the versatility of the workouts you can get from this power tower. The assisted dips and pull ups is the best functionality I''ve seen yet in any home gym. Super glad I bought this unit. And with a lifetime warranty I have no worries not that I will ever need to call it. If you have the discipline to work out at home, get this unit. It is super.

Great piece of equipment. Very good sturdy construction. Easy to put together, took me around 2 hrs on my own. Assisted weight bands help with initial training and can then be removed as you get stronger. Would definitely recommend this for in-home dips, pull-ups and VKR. Tip Get a mat to put under this

It is a very well built unit. Difficult to put together by one person, but it can be done. My major complaint is, if you need more assistance with your pullups and dips, you cannot purchase additional rubber bands, and there is no other way to counter balance the unit. Otherwise, it is a nice piece of equipment.
