This is the third roller that I have purchased. I have one at home,my husband has one at his office and I keep one at my parent''s home in another city. Whenever I get all tensed up, or my spine is out of alignment, I jump on the roller. A few minutes and I feel like a new person.I also use the roller for Pilates and perform many exercises using it and have for the past ten years.
