I ''m 5'' 2.5" tall and weigh 112 lb., and I got the extra small since that''s what I usually wear. I could have gone up to a small, but I think they would have been extra poofy in the front as they already are somewhat. Overall, I''m pretty happy with these. I''ve run 20+ mile runs in them and they wick well and were comfortable and cool.
