The ab lounger plus is durable, easy to use,and reasonably easy to assemble. The only drawback that I have observed is that it is not easily stored or broken down for easy storage. It does target the abdominal muscles that I was seeking to tone.

I''ve only had this product for about two weeks and I can already see results. It''s much better on my back than doing regular sit-ups. No problems out of it at all. I bought this because I have some back pain that radiates down my leg when I lay on the ground to do crunches. I can sit on this chair and it doesn''t hurt my back at all to do any of the exercises in the manual. I''ve only had it for a few days thusfar, but I can''t imagine going back to laying on the ground. I can feel the burn in my abs when I do several in a row, and I can roll on my side to do my love handles, too. It looks daunting to put together when you first get it out of the box, but it''s actually not that bad, and I did it in about an hour (it comes with the 2 tools you need.) Overall, I recommend the ultra sport, and though it''s not cheap, at least I can exercise my abs again pain-free!
