Abmat abdominal exerciser and core trainer with DVD

I use the ABMat in my own workouts and also with my clients. It''s very convenient in that it is small and portable,compared to a stability ball that takes up quite a bit of room.

You can "hit" all angles of your abs...upper, lower, and sides.

Don''t expect any "fat-loss" miracles, but this is a solid product that will produce results.

The only reason that I don''t give it 5 stars is that it seems a little expensive for what it is.,

Just got my Ab mat and it is surprisingly effective for such a simple item. I bought it because I hoped it would support my lower back and prevent injury, however it does more than that. It makes you fully stretch your abs before you sit up, giving you a full range of motion contraction. It still supports my back and the sit ups seem easier somehow.

I expected this product to be more like the equipment I use at CrossFit. It is definitely not as advertised. I didn''t view the DVD yet, but I don''t really need or want that anyway. The product should work out okay for home use, but they really should be more honest about the product that they are ACTUALLY shipping.

I did crossfit where I lived before and they had the Abmat and I absolutely loved it! It supports your lower back when going up into the sit up position, and for me I hardly ever feel my abs aching while I''m using the Abmat, but I do feel it afterwards and it feels great to know its working! I highly recommend the Abmat to anyone who is looking to get some great hard abs!
