ASICS Women''s ASICS Striker Skort

I ordered this skort not knowing what to expect. I have never owned a running skort before. I have run in it a couple times now and I love it. I feel comfortable and its light material doesn''t make me feel weighed down.

My only problem with this skort, which resulted in a 4 star rating, was the it has no pockets. Apparently the ''Abby Skort'' from Asics has two hide away pockets. So I don''t understand why this one wouldn''t.

The skort is great. Thin material that feels great, mesh for good air flow. The shorts are fantastic. My only concern with buying a skort the shorts being too short or that they would ride up and allow my inner thighs to rub. I am VERY happy to tell you that the grips on the bottom of the shorts keep the shorts'' legs in place. Where ever you put them. The shorts can the the same length as the skirt if you want it, I prefer mine up a little. The grips are not elastic so you won''t feel pressure around your thighs. Its like the grippy stuff on the bottom of slippers, but thicker and perfect around the legs of the shorts.

After running in my skort, I felt comfortable. I didn''t have marks on my legs from the grips on the skort and I didn''t have any riding up or down of the skort. It stayed exactly where I put it. ITs very cute, I got the blue and the picture colour is true to the product colour. Oh I got the large size and I wear a 11(or a 30-31") size pants that the skort has alittle give. Not enough to fall down. I don''t like my pants super tight.

I hope this helps. If I were to recommend a skort, I would recommend this skort if the person doesn''t mind not having pockets. If not, stay with this brand, but get the ''Abby style'' that has two pockets!

Bought this for my neice who needed it for netball said it fit well(true to size) and was perfect for her needs.
