Champion Sports Rhino Elite Medicine Ball (20-Pounds)

I started crossfit in Israel when it was little known about 4 or 5 years ago. I had limited equipment and substituted a lot of moves. I had no medicine ball, no kettle bell, no rings, etc. Now I live in Miami and have a crossfit gym in my back yard on the Biscayne bay. I purchased a 12lb at walmart in Hallandale beach which became light quick. So I upgraded to crossfit RX for males, now I am outgrowing even this one. I am still medium build, skinny, but can squat thrust this ball at a 10 foot target easily in any WOD. It currently lives outside near salt water and in the sun and rain. It gets abused and is in great shape.

bought this because it''s hard to find a 20 pound medicine ball. This one works well. The grip is a little slippery at first compared to some other brands (valeo and nike), but after it gets some sweat on it it gets a bit stickier. Still a fairly young ball, will have to see how it goes with time.
