ordered a large even though I usually am a medium. Should of ordered an extra large, to put this perspective I am 5''10 and 160 pounds.

This is my second icebreaker sweater. The 320 weight is perfect to wear while walking or hiking on cool crisp days. It doesn''t itch like normal wool, resists odors and breathes well so you don''t overheat.

Wore it hiking Glacier NP and found I wore it just about every day.

I am 6''2 and 165. Size "L" fits way more relaxed when compared with a more athletic cut of like Sport LTD Coronet Zip. Great if you need to hide your love handles. If not, then you might consider getting a Polaris zip instead (which I like way more!).

Icebreaker products have had a reputation of being well constructed. This is my first Icebreaker baselayer and this one is more like a sweater. At 320 heft, this can be worn by itself as a sweater or for those really frigid days. I plan to use it for running in under 30deg weather with the wind in your face. I like the fit medium for a 5''10" athletic build.
