Waaaay bigger than I thought it would be. The bag itself is great, the quality is fine, it''s just big. I wanted to be sure it was big enough to fit winter workout gear: several layers + jacket + shoes and then my work clothes + winter coat + dress boots on the way home. It certainly is I could easily fit a weekend''s worth of clothes in it.

I am instructor at a recreation center and I change clothes about 3 different times a day plenty of room to carry everything a few little pockets to put like toiletries this bag can handle every thing very glad I got this bag!
