Power Systems VersaDisc

My personal trainer at the gym showed me how to use this disc. I felt it working right away. (ab workout = place disc under small of back while doing crunches, it lifts hips off ground and makes you balance while crunching.) I wanted to be able to get same results at home so I purchased product, I love it, use it every other day and can already see results. Would highly recommend product to everyone, only downfall is that it does not come w/ pump and needle needed to inflate disc to dome shape that works best for ab workout. (can be purchased at walmart)

Good quality, but I wish there were more detailed exercises given in the directions for use.

Use one of these VersaDiscs for back support in my vehicle. I put the VersaDisc in a bag and hung the bag on the head rest. Works perfectly. I also use a VersaDisc at home to perform the exercises suggested by my physical therapist. Great product.
