You can break it into a long UB or LB mix, a timesaver UB or LB mix, a 3 day split mix. Amy takes your standard moves and puts them together just differently enough to keep you interested. There is a set of propulsion pushups that you will feel for days. There is a lot of equiptment used, but if all you have are dumbbells and a step, then you are fine. I would recommend getting a set of band with handles, though, as there is some shoulder/tricep work using bands to create a negative pull that had me trying for 3 days.

This is my second Amy DVD, and I am soo glad I listened to the person who recommended this for me to try. Now you guys believe me when I tell you this is AWESOME!! You will work hard, BUT not only that it is excellent value for money. Two hours in length! But don''t worry, you can choose premixes which are shorter and timesavers. Advanced workouters only. It is challenging and has some unusual training moves, which require, balance, and a lot of concentration. There is no confusing cardio dancy steps, this is weight training at its best, I have never sweat so much doing weights as I did doing this dvd. If you want to see results and are prepared to work hard this is the training video for you. Amy is encouraging and a good trainer. The only thing wrong with this workout is you need a lot of equipment. I don''t have all of the equipment and I modified, I still Have an AWESOME workout. For example, I don''t have weighted body bars, i use my weights/pump bar . I don''t have chairs or steps risers suitable for the chin ups, so I just move on. But don''t be put off by the amount of equipment needed, TRY THIS WORKOUT ITS AMAZING!! Anyway, The good price makes it a worthwhile inexpensive purchase

I now have a few of her dvds and this is a good one. It''s challenging and tough but if you do this a couple of times over, then it gets easier and the results become obvious.

You use lots of different equipment (a step, body bar, xertube and dumbells) to make it interesting and more effective. If you want, you can do the harder versions of any move. She''ll demonstrate how to make it tougher. For the gliding routine, you could use paper plates if you don''t have the discs. I did that and they work fine on carpet.

This is a great workout that if done all together in one hit is almost 120 minutes. I don''t think you need to do it all in one go you''ll be exhusted, but if you have the time then go for it I guess. I really recommend this to everyone who''s already an experienced exerciser and wants an extra push.

Ah, it''s so nice to do a REAL weight workout with enough sets and reps to get real results (as opposed to the many girly toning workouts on the market). This one, if done completely, is very long, but the premixes give you shorter options. My favorite is the 80 minute upper body. Amy does 3 sets of everything and if your weight is heavy you will feel it! She does use different equipment, everything from a barbell, dumbbells, body bar, med ball, tubing, step, lots of risers and slider disks, but I think you can modify and improvise with equipment you have yourself to make it work. I think this is a must-have workout for the serious and advanced exerciser.
