When I placed a bid on this item, I thought, What a great deal for a manufacturer refurbished unit. Much to my surprise, I believe the unit was NOT a manufacturer refurbished unit. It appears to have been through a flood. The majority of the installed hardware was corroded, The feet were completely rusted and the remaining hardware to put the upper section together were also corroded. One belt was muddy and frayed on one edge. If this was indeed a manufacturer refurbished unit from BOWFLEX, then shame on them for allowing this unit to represent their product! I guess other people''s response would be, "What did you expect for that price?". I expect a product that is true to it''s description and representation! I still use the unit but believe me, I have similar words for BOWFLEX to read.
