This belt does more than slim I wear it everyday because of back pain. I apply my rub than put the belt on and it feels good and I am able to go through my daily routine with less discomfort. Well I have been working out, and have gotten rid of all my fat everywhere but in my belly/love handles. Needless to say that is the hardest part, but I am always looking for a quicker solution, so I figured I would give this a try. I think the sauna vests are too much, so this helps target the specific area I wanna work, and seems more easy to use.

Its built good, and very soft. You gotta be careful when putting it on, that its perfectly even cause if not the end that has the velcro on it will dig into your skin. You can fix this by using an undershirt, or leaving your boxers underneith in most cases.

Its very soft and doesnt really bother me. It holds in place well, and makes you sweat big time. When I take it off there is quite a bit of sweat underneith. Be careful not to put it on too tight, cause it seems to give me internal pains if I do. one of the draw backs of using something like this is if you leave it on for too long, it can make your organs overheat, so just be mindful, and any pain or internal discomfort, you may want to remove it.

its ok but..it started coming apart after using it a few times and im only 36in at the waist, not sure if i would buy again.
