I have been purchasing these devices for years as exercise devices for my patients. These give the hand, wrist, forearm and even the shoulder a work out, giving increased strength to the muscles and increased range of motion. As my title says; fun once you get the hang of it. It will take a while to learn or teach but then its fun in some sense. I work in a physical therapy center, I cant use it with the patients but fun competing against my co-workers.
