I already posted a one star review for this piece of equipment 1 week ago which it looks like it was never posted or removed alreadyI purchased this directly from Precor with their delivery/installation and the machine was not functioning right out of the box I purchased this after extensive research! I had to call a technician who came the next day and said the electronic unit was not functioning and would need to be replaced I called today and they are still waiting for approval to get the part from Precor every time I try to call Precor I am hold for more than 15 minutes and never reach a human being! I will never buy another Precor product again.
This elliptical is awesome! It is very inexpensive and very smooth. I feel like I get a really great workout but I don''t beat myself down. It is very sturdy and very high quality.
