1. It is one size but only fits to people with 33"+ waist even with the zippers.

2. The belt is thin and smells plastic. I will not allow this belt to touch my skin directly.

3. If you go to sport authority, you will find two very similar belts there with different sizes, one for women and another for men.

4. suggestion: If your waist is more than 33" and you don''t care about the plastic smell, you can try this belt. Otherwise, try something else!

The slimmer belt really does work, it makes my mid section drip sweat when I work out.

If you are smaller than a 34" waist you have to have it taken in. I have a sewing machine so this wasnt a problem for me.

The zipper doesnt stay zipped. It works its way open really fast... had to add a button on the top.

I''ve been using this belt for a few months now, about 3-6 times a week and it has been great! I''ve had two other belts that were the velcro type that I used for the same amount of time. Neither of the velcro belts held up as well as this one has. I haven''t had any ripping or any type of wear showing on this zippered belt. I have never experienced any type of smell, and I do rinse it out almost every time I use it. I like that it is wider than the other two velcro belts I owned. The only flaw with this belt, as some other reviewers stated, it is very large and even on the last zipper, was too large for my waist (me being a female). Although it was pretty easy to take off and re-sew one of the zippers to where I needed it. I really do love this belt!

I have had this product for a few months now, used for maybe 30 workouts. rubber is ripping away from seams. also, I have a 35 in waist and I have it on the tightest setting; I would guess this belt would not work well for anyone with a waist smaller than 33".

Material is comfortable but its way too big for me, I will try to stitch it in as the zippers are sturdy and the belt seem as if it will work very well when I''m exercising. The seller need to emphasize the waistlines that this item is made to fit, saying ''fits most sizes'' is not very helpful, if I had noticed this detail before I would not have bought this item.
