The Tummy Belt works for me. My tummy got real big recently. Since I started using the Tummy Belt to do my exercise one month ago, my tummy gets flatter.
I use this belt whenever my back hurts a lot. The belt keeps my back warm and it really does help me get around. I also wear it when I am on the riding lawnmower. It''s wide and sometimes I wish I would have bought one somewhat less wide but I am using what I have and am satisfied with the help it gives me. I haven''t lost any weight with it and my stomach hasn''t gotten any smaller. I figure the only way to get the stomach smaller is to have the fat nipped, tucked, sucked or cut out. I am saving up for that!
