Bought this product to train for basketball. Well worth the money as it was a lot cheaper (at the time) than any other unit. Well built and if you have the patience and time for folding it up properly after a workout it even has 2 button clips that snap together to keep your unit nice and compact.

As my title says, make sure you have tape along with this unit because if you hit any part of it with your foot, it will fold up on you like an accordion and you will have to keep resetting it into place. A few pieces of tape on the ends solve this problem nicely, just make sure it is good strong tape to put up with the abuse.

My 16 year old son uses the ladder as part of his training regimine to increase his foot speed. Haven''t used the DVD however as my son was already aware of several exercises/drills.
