Got this for my son. Bought the wrong size...so he uses it for an elbow pad....works. Then we ordered the right size.

He uses these (got 2) in practice and in competition. He is satisfied with the result. Spared his knees which allows him

a quicker shot for take downs. I''d buy ''um again.

I bought these for my son for Japanese fencing and they worked out great. My son is an older teen but not a big guy. However, the size was fine. Cheaper than anything comparable we saw in the store.

I was so excited to find this product. My son used his first set for 3 seasons. Yes, by the middle of the 3rd it would have been nice to replace them but I could not find them in stores. The constuction and design are great. They were washed and dried many times and did not loose thier form. The sweat stink did linger, and that is why they needed to be replaced. The back is flexible so the knee can bend and straighten with ease.

He is done this year but is now all set for his senior wrestling year in high school.

Very well mad for a big man like me. 6'' tall and 205. I probably should have got the XL because the L fits snug.
