I''ve been using this shirt for probably eight months now and it''s the single greatest running purchase I''ve ever made. I used to not think it really mattered what kind of shirt I wore and would suffer covered in sweat on hot days during long runs with my shirt sticking to my skin. This wicks away sweat leaving me feeling dry and comfortable and it also has a convenient small pocket on the lower right side for my mp3 player.
