The DVD is easy to follow and the unique shape of the ball makes it easier to stay balanced. However, the size of the ball is considerably smaller than the ball shown on the cover of the box and the ball the instructor is using in the DVD even after being fully inflated (55cm in height). Although you are able to do all the workout routines on the DVD with the smaller ball, it can be a little confusing as the size of the ball is different. I give it a 3 star because I thought the picture on the box was misleading.

I could find no indication on the product info on your site, or the manufacturer''s site as to the size of the item. It was adequately described, and functions as promises but the pictures on your site, and on the package itself lead one to believe that it is much larger than it is. The model must be pencil thin to be able lean against it, and still have much of the product showing.

A simple addition of the product size would satisfy most people. Although, I would have expected the product to be bigger than it is, and might not have ordered it if it was described with its actual size.

Either I am married to an amazonian (no, not an amazon buyer...) and the girl in the video is a lilliputian... or the ball is much smaller than the one in the video or on the pic on the box (about half the size?). OK, it still works OK, but why isn''t the picture the actual size? We didn''t have any idea of how much air to put in the ball as the only instructions are "do not overinflate". But no clues as to how big the ball is inflated. Anway, it is not good to lie about the size of your ball or balls for that matter (should you buy two of these).... I feel a little duped, but since it wasn''t an expensive purchase I am not quite irate...

Everything is fine except for the fact that the ball is much smaller that what is seen on the video so the positions reached do not seem to be the same ergonomically. Quite dissapointed. I thought I must mistakenly have bought a smaller version of the ball.

The ball that comes in this kit is not the one that is used in the DVD... It is so much smaller!! I ended up giving the ball to my three year old who likes to mimic my yoga moves, and then I went out and got the danskin ball from walmart (basically same price with a dvd and pump as well). The danskin ball is the same size as the one the instructor uses for the DVD. so now mother and daughter work out together :), so i guess it wasnt a total loss... but the only reason why it got three stars and not two, is because my daughter uses it.

EDIT: I just contact Gaiam about the ball.... they stated that you should blow the ball up as firm as you can, and then in 24 hours try to add more air... it might take a few tries to get the maximum amount of air in the ball.
