These are good thick socks great for hiking to avoid blisters or even just wearing everyday. They are thick and warm, so I usually wear them around the house on cold nights too.Sizing is good, I have am size 7-7.5 ladies and the medium fits well. The small probably would be fine too but they were out of stock. Very happy with purchase.
