It''s wonderful to step on, lay on, stretch on and exercise on. It''s thickness is very comfortable. Similar to memory foam. Well worth the cost.

This mat is not very thick to the eye, but it has excellent shock absorptive capability and dampens workout noise, and the biggest plus for me is that it sticks to my hardwood floor so I don''t go slipping and sliding.

I was initially going to purchase a couple Airex Corona mats because I had used them before, but they are very expensive (around $120 each) so I decided to give these mats a shot. While they aren''t as good as the Airex, these are much better than most exercise mats and for the price I doubt there is anything better.

this mat is great. i have a thin yoga mat under it just to keep a little more noise muffled. it does not slide and is perfectly cushioned for push-ups, crunches and the like.
