Very good product!! I''m already seeing results in my biceps and quads. Very small base and it doesn''t take up a lot of room. Very pleased with this purchase. Also, because I got it on prime, I didn''t have to pay $100+ in shipping. That''s the best deal ever! It''s similar to the Bowflex style machines, but without the outrageous Bowflex price. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a small home gym. BTW, to those who had any complaints about putting this together, it wasn''t hard at all. For reference, I''m 5''2" and 125 lbs. I put this together in about 2 hrs. Suck it up and do it. Just be prepared for a bit of lifting. The diamond pattern base plate is about 40 lbs.

This was purchased to replace a nitro files. It is a good replacement for the price. I recommend it for the average Joe who wants to keep in some shape.

Watch the width dimensions! The stated 33.5" is the base width only. S/w Stamia and they advised the width is actually 66" with crossbars assembled. Too large for my space.
