Love the Aquajive Water Workout CD I purchased through you. Many people have asked me where I purchased it and of course I told them online at Amazon.com. I learned about it (it was used there) in Florida this winter and water aroebics really made me feel good. Thank you.
I thought this would be a great CD for our senior class. It started out with instructions but ended up with more music and no instructions. Sold the CD to an instructor in another state.

The DVD provided good instruction, unfortunately it is not one that you can put on watch and exercise with the DVD. It is more educational, excellent for someone just starting with the Aqua Jogger and wants to know how to use.
