Body Bar''s Explode DVDInstructor Mindy Mylrea will lead you through an hour''s worth of cardio & strength with a Body bar and with or without the BOSU. There is a modifier who works without one, so you may work up to the inclusion of a BOSU. The first workout consisted of standing exercises using both equipment. Simple, athletic moves were used for the whole workout. I also like the fact Mindy focused on one part of the body at a time, not really combining upper and lower body too much. The second workout consisted of cardio exercises mainly on the BOSU: lunges, squats, hopping. The third workout consisted of floor work. Basically, you''ll never be without using the BOSU: you''ll stand, sit, lie, turn it over for roadrunners.

I would recommend this for those who are beginning to use the BOSU because the steps are simple and athletic; pace is reasonable. Mindy cues and transitions well. She can be quite chatty, but she has a bubbly and funny personality. I enjoy this workout, it''s a different way of strengthening your body and using coordination.

I like all of the Body Bar DVD''s and this is one of my favorite (Power & Grace being my fav). Mindy always gives her best. I''d rate this intermediate level and a great combination of weight and cardio workout.

This is another well done exercise dvd by this group of fitness instructors.. The movements are a bit fast. Can tell this was done a few years ago
