Gaiam Kettlenetics Slim and Tone KitI purchase the kettlenetics program when it first came out in June 2008. Within the first week I started to notice a difference. It is a fun workout that targets all different muscle groups. One con that I did have in the beginning was that I had trouble following the routine. I am not naturally coordinated and have no dance background, so while following the quicker paced movements might be easy for some, it took me a few days to be able to get through the routine. If you are going to do this program I also recommend additional cardiovascular training. I was not in shape at all when I started and could barely get through a video without stopping to catch my breath.

Overall if you are willing to put in the time and the effort this is a great tool to get slim and toned

This was the first time I''ve ever ordered a DVD workout. I thought about the 10 minute version of P90-X but it looked boring to me. I ordered Kettlenetics because it seemed to be low impact, different, exciting and without a lot of grunting and groaning. This workout is no joke! I have been in a boot camp exercise program before but this little Asian lady kicks my butt! The moves are elegant and graceful but half way through the workout you are begging for mercy. I''ve had it for about two weeks and my thighs have definition, my arms are more slender. Still working on the abs but that''s pretty much all my fault because I have a thing for 7-11''s glazed donuts. Best low impact workout ever! I love it.

I workout and do cardio. (I am 36yo female) I can be on the treadmill running for 30 minutes and barely break a sweat. I do this for 20 minutes and even my hair is even wet I can''t believe it. This is such a quality product and for the price you can''t beat it for what you get anywhere.

Just remember to do the "Flow Motion Basics" disk first. If you are like me you want to jump right into it, but you are only hurting yourself. Get the DVD 1 basics down (20 minutes) at least once and move to DVD2 "Slim and Tone". I did them the same day following one another.(Friday) I was actually sore in my middle back the next day and I don''t think I ever have been.

Definately wait day in between the real workouts. I then jumped to the cardio balance DVD 3 for 40 minutes on the Sunday. I thought I was going to die. I thought I was fit but I guess NOT SO MUCH. I took one break and drank some water but I made it through the disk.

I used this for 6 weeks 3 times a week and I have lost 10 pound and toned up BIGTIME my arms, legs and hip area. Lines in my stomach are now visable and it''s great. I actually canceled my gym membership and do this at home in the early morning before work.

P.S. 4 pounds is PLENTY. I thought it would not be BUT IT IS!!!"

This is what I mean about approach with caution. I received my package and of course was very excited. Being that I have been working out very steadily for about a year and was looking to diversify my workout, I believed that I was pretty fit and was ready to up the ante. I thought I was very clever and first previewed the CD to see what I should expect and the next morning I hit the ground running. I left for work feeling great! Then at about 2:00pm I thought someone hit me in the chest with an anvil! The aches and pain started to set in first in the chest and arms. WOW that was fast! I couldn''t even raise my arms! But NOTHING prepared me for the next day! I couldn''t move! Thank God it was Saturday! It took 2 days but finally the pain subsided. I realized that the 4LB weight and movements workout every muscle that I never even knew I had!

My suggestion to anyone who is interested in hearing it is to do the workouts WITHOUT the kettlebell for about 3-4 sessions. Just do the motions without the additional 4 pounds. This helped me to prepare my muscles and learn each movement correctly. And believe me; she can work you out just fine without the kettlebell! HAVE FUN!
