CAP Barbell Adjustable Ankle Weights,10-Pound

I had a set of Cap 5 lb adjustable ankle weights which has elastic on the pockets and a set of 20 lb ones with velcro when I ordered these.

I prefer the elastic holding the weights in. The Velcro ones dont close all the way and stick to my clothes and the carpet and cause problems. The Cap weights with elastic dont. If I ever get to the point where they are starting to fall out, I will just sew them closed. I only use them for home exercises, not for walking or running.

One seam on the bottom of the 5 lb set opened, but there was enough space to sew it back.

This product will give u the results u want, however the Velcro strap could use some improving. it comes loose quite often during light activity and heavy. It''s annoying to adjust but, can be worked through.

My husband got these heavier weights for his knees along with a set of directions from his doctor. He says his knees feel better when he uses them regularly. The key word here is "regularly" I point my finger at myself looking at my lighter ones

as I say this. It is a good and "healthful" product. Any Amazon vendors selling motivation? We will take two of those please.

These weights are garbage! They fell apart after 3 months of use. I used them 3-4 times per week. I called the company to complain and they told me the weights had a 1 month warantee. You can buy a membership at PF for $10 a month. Save your money!
