Carmen Electra Spinning Dance Pole

My friends and I really enjoyed having this. I set it up in my living room and I live in an apartment so whenever anyone comes in, it''s the first thing they see. Everyone was very curious and there are lots of reviews not suggesting this. But I absolutely love my pole! It''s so much fun. I just wish they would provide you with the type of screws you should use. I dont have mine screwed in and it works just fine with the swings and all the crazy things we do with it (I weigh about 180 lbs and it holds up fine) but MAKE SURE YOU FIND A CEILING STUD because otherwise you could cause damage to your ceiling.

The pole isn''t bad for what your paying for it. I wish they had taken the extra time and money to use metal hardware for the pole. Its only about 2 months old, it went up great, but after the first time we took it down, some of the plastic adjusting nuts had stripped out (no pun intended). This makes it not spin the way it was intended. I also wish thee pole came in maybe 2 peices rather than 3, but I knew what I was getting when I bought it. Its very sturdy, and smooth, and the pipe intersections don''t scratch or hinder anything.

recieved it missing a part that allows it to spin smoothly, and the spring that attached the inside of the pole broke. i really needed this for new years and luckly i had a friend who also purchased a pole but it didnt reach her ceilings. she offered hers to me in exchange for me to do her taxes (instead of waiting to have it shipped back out and wait for another one to be shipped back to me). the one my friend gave me is awesome and its the same exact set up expect all the parts are there and its not titled carmen electra spinning poleits just "spinning dance pole".
