Love these mats and they came quickly. Great under an exercise machine, also great for a playroom/area. But my cats instantly were drawn to them and began to scratch... They did not destroy the mats, but that''s only because i realized i cannot leave them down when nobody is around to chase them off of them. So, i do not keep them under my elliptical, they would be scratched to pieces by now. Other than that, which is obviously not a product fault:P just a tip for cat owners~They are GREAT!

This works great. Good size with good cushion. I use it to jump rope on a concrete garage floor and it''s exactly what I needed to absorb the shock.

The folks at eWonderWorld were very helpful when I had questions about these mats because I''m the type of person that wants to know everything about my product before I make a purchase.

I wanted to know if I, a stay at home mom, can set up and put away the mats by myself. Very easy, just snap it on when you want to turn a hard area soft instantly or "rip it off" when you need to put it away.

I needed to know if it was easy to clean. One wipe with a wet towel (water or windex) and it''s good as new.

My last question was whether these mats were safe or not. They were very professional about it and assured me that these mats are non-toxic and aren''t made out of recycled materials

I started doing some training videos (Insanity) at home and needed something beneath my feet to soften the landing of all the jumping they make you do. So far so good. It does the job and I love the fact that I can put them together and break them down so easily so I can do the training anywhere in the house.

I think this is a general issue in modern manufacturing but these smell like chemicals (perhaps petroleum based chemicals) when they arrive. You have to put them outside, or in your bathroom with a window open, for at least a week to allow the fumes to escape. I would not put these near your kids without airing them out first.

These are much better than mats with letter or number cutouts inside them. Infants will get ahold of the cutouts and put them in their mouth. The edges on these hardly ever have any reason to come up, they''re pretty solid, so it would usually not occur to an infant to put it in their mouth. We had alphabet mats and ended up giving them away and replacing them with these solid 2x2 mats.
