This is the best $15 I ever spent on any equipment. It is simple, strong, takes up very little space and easy as heck to install. I like my feet anchored when I do sit ups and this is perfect. It is adjustable for feet height (in case you are wearing shoes or barefeet-has a foam sleeve). All you do is slide it under a door, close the door and you''re set! Nothing can be done to improve this item. Its great as it is!

This arrived with the rubber backing peeling away from the metal and before I ever mounted it to the door, the welding on the metal plate fell apart. This is obviously either very old and outdated or very poor quality. I was very dissatisfied. Was not worth it to pay shipping and wait for them to send a new one, but since it was damaged, ive never used it.
