I rated this at five stars because they''re good workouts for beginner exercisers. But please be aware that you''re not buying a newly-released Leslie Sansone workout when you buy this DVD. These are three workouts that were originally released in 2001 as the original "Walk Away the Pounds" workouts.

I''m a HUGE Leslie fan, so I had to have the balls and the dvds. I received it asap and the balls were in great condition(no inflating) There are 3 very hard workouts on the dvd which I love.
