This is an excellent product! The ball is very well made and not slippery like many others on the market. I gave it 4 stars because the ball is advertised as being orange in color, but is actually very yellow. The hand pump that comes with the ball works well and better than any other I''ve seen for these balls (other than a power operated air pump.) Your arms will get a good workout while filling your ball! Finally, and most importantly, the ball actually keeps its air instead of leaking out slowly over time (like evey other one I''ve bought)!!The kit also comes with a useful guide for the ball, a resistance band, and a jump rope. The jump rope that came with the kit is not the best. It is black rubbery and slippery. I ended up purchasing a better jump rope elsewhere. The resistance band is very stretchy and I do not use it often because I already own some better products.
Overall, this kit is worth purchasing for the ball and pump alone. It would be a very good starter kit for someone looking for some basic workout tools.
