I find the 45 minute workout a challenge, but in a good way; I think I''ll soon be able to keep up and master it. I''ve never used the kettle bell before, but I really like it. I think this program gives a good cardio workout; the instructor keeps up a challenging pace, with easy to follow verbal instructions.
