These are great running pants. They have wonderful support, especially around the knee area where I need it. They are made to give room in the stride and do not bind you in this area like other compression running shorts have done. I ordered a size 1, I usually wear a size 4 in womens and they fit great. I ran a 1/2 marathon in these pants and they were comfortable while the compression provided the support I needed during the entire race. I would would buy another pair and would highly recommend to my friends. The only thing that I wound change is add a zipper pocket in the back or side so you can have a place to carry your cell phone, or chap stick. My other nickers have a zipper back pocket that I love, these do not.
