Posture Ball, 8 inch. (20cm)

I purchased these balls with all the reservations that a normal person might have. Really, how much difference could a ball make? After a few weeks using this product let me tell you that the difference it makes is significant.

I injured my back at work and needless to say, it has been very painful. I tried the ball at a physical therapy session. My therapist made me sit on it, one butt cheek at a time and move in a circular motion with the corresponding leg crossed over. It was so painful because my injury is in the lower spine, but afterwards I had relief! Now it is part of my daily routine after work to relieve pressure. It is super light and about the size of a dodgeball. It feels like a nerf ball on the outside but it has a solid core to support the weight of your body and does not flex at all. It is like having a giant tennis ball that gets into every spot to loosen muscle tension. I know there are other things that can be done with it that I haven''t tried yet. It got to me super fast. I recommend this for anyone that has lower back pain. I don''t know about the other brands but this was the one they carried at my therapist''s office and it works!
