I really, really wanted to like this workout, but I''ve been spoiled once again by Cathe.
The cueing is uninspired, as is the instructor''s form. In one combo she repeatedly calls an ''uppercut'' a ''hook'' and vice versa; she also alternately calls jabs ''crosses'' and crosses ''jabs''. Plus, in another combo, she asks for a roundhouse then a side kick, but they look like the same move. Uppercuts make no ''connection'' with the imaginary opponent and stay too close to the body to be effective.
The editing just awful. Sudden cuts that have no connection to the music and/or beat, make for jarring transitions and could catch you off-guard (and off balance), so be careful! The post-production is sub-par, as with the vocal track being silenced here and there.
Plus, the choreography doesn''t take advantage of the power found in each move. For example, when doing a hook with the right fist, you can get more out of the move if the right hip is also engaging to provide power to the right fist. In this workout, oftentimes you can''t get a lot of power out of a particular move because its awkwardly choreographed.
I did sweat however, especially on the spider webs, and that''s why I gave it 3 stars.
If they had spent a little more time in pre-production teasing out the issues like giving the cues more snap and accuracy and tightening up the form and the combos, this could have been such a good workout, but it''s just OK.

The descriptions imply all actions are done on Bosu and that is inaccurate. Only some of the sculpting moves are done on Bosu. It''s probably an okay DVD but not what I wanted. This is probably my new favorite workout of all time! I love, love, love it! I was sweating up a storm and having the best time doing it. Tracey is so fun, energetic and unique and I love her choreography and music. I am so happy I got this workout and am definetely a new, loyal fan. I will be purchasing all of her new workouts and can''t wait for more to come!!
