This is exactly what I was looking for to cover the floor in my workout area of the basement. The tiles seemed a bit slippery initially so I washed with water and lemon pinesol. Now it seems to be better, although I am still cautious doing plyometrics on the surface.
These are heavy duty mats. Way better quality than you would find at Lowe''s or Home Depot. They go together nice and are a pleasure to walk on. Great mats. Quality you will not find other places.
