I love weighted medicine balls. This is easy to grip and lift. They are great to do lunges and squats with. I prefer to use them for my core muscles and do crunches with them.

This 14 pound medicine ball with handles is perfect for my exercise ability. The handles make it convenient to do all kinds of exercises like crunches, sguats and others. I am an beginner to intermediate weight user so the 14 pounds provides a challenge but not muscle breaking. It reminds me of the big ball that we played kick ball with as kids. Only this one is thicker rubber, heavier and has some nice thick handles to grip it.
