This one is a bit longer and wider than my other yoga mat so gives me more room. It grips well and is very easy to clean. Have not yet checked out the dvd, so can''t comment on that.

This is a good value. The tiny cd that comes with it was a joke, so seems you can disregard that as a selling point. The mat itself is nice rolls up good without all the ''memory'' to fight being rolled up.
