I was looking for something like that for a long time, it is good quality, tough and stable structure, what I didn''t like was that the structure just it self doesn''t handle your self pending in angle without tumble or move, so I drilled the base and put a bolt into the ground..., now is a whole new product very stable for every practice.

Another minor thing, it doesn''t come with none training guide, so you need to figure out how to use it your self, in my case I use it within my TRX, some rubber bands and for chin ups. Good for stretch too

I was looking for a suspension trainer/rack for months and could never find one. I saw an ad for a Olympic lifting cage and started doing some research. I noticed that no matter how hard I searched, I was going to pay a certain price. Since I was building a home gym, I was okay with the initial investment as I knew it would pay for itself. Nevertheless I continued to search the Web and came across this item. It is exactly as advertised. It is very high quality and the directions made it fairly easy to put together. I am 6'' 255# and the unit easily supports my weight. I''ve done pronated and supinated pull-ups as well as used my suspension straps without issues. I have a two car garage and the unit easily fits in my garage while still giving me plenty of room to park.

Note: I read another reviewer''s notes and they suggested two people. Although I was able to put it together and set the height by myself, I would suggest having a second set of hands if at all possible. The top of the unit is not heavy, just awkward. It can be difficult to seat the top to the bottom legs without the second helper.

Note: I "dry fit" all of the pieces before I used the fasteners. This helped me get a better idea of how all of the pieces go together as there are a lot of pieces.

Note: Make sure you account for all bolts, nuts, and hardware. My unit was missing the brackets. I called the company on the 19th and received the brackets on the 24th. I especially appreciated the speed as it was during the holiday season.

Note: Err on the side of caution and use the provided plate holders to add additional weight to the unit. While I will be the only person using my rack, I want the extra safety when I use my suspension straps.

My husband and I were looking for a replacement for our pullup car that hangs from the doorframe. Thankfully we have a large rec room bc this piece of equipment was larger than we thought whig is actually beneficial since we workout together to the p90x dvds and will be starting the trx program in a few weeks. It was extremely easy to put together, pretty stable though we put weights on the legs for added stability. Great addition to our routine without damaging our doorframe :-)

This marcy rack is pretty good. It is taller than I expected. (If you have 10 ft ceiling be careful had to angle it to put the top piece together.) It is very sturdy but I still put some weights on the legs to be more secure. My wife and I used the rack along with the t-rex belts either at the same time or separate. It is a good workout. If you have little kids running around without shoes in your exercise room would recommend foam padding or a mat to cover the legs of the rack. My kids came close a few times in hitting their toes with the metal.
