I bought these bands for my 70 year old mother as a gift. The enclosed instructions were not helpful for her, but I was able to show her various ways to use the bands. She was quite excited about the program and even recruited some of her friends to try them out. However, after two months the green band developed a whole at the base of the handle. Since this whole was clearly due to a manufacturing defect, we contacted SPRI. They refused to help us at first, but after multiple attempts a manager agreed to send us a replacement band. That was over three months ago, and we are still waiting. We actually called back several more times during that interval to enquire and were never again able to talk to the manager who had agreed to send us the replacement, despite the fact that we had her name and requested her each time we called. These resistance bands have an amazing range of uses, and have held up to rigorous use in my home gym. They are perfect for light AND heavy use, and provide an amazing amount of dynamic resistance. Good price, good range of motion, very versatile. I use them as part of a (successful) Athlean-X program.I use them for just about everything!

Me and my husband practically fight for these resistance bands. We work out at this HIP gym in Downtown chicago, and our MSC class uses the same bands. The green is good for starters but the red gives the most intense work out and the blue will definitely lead to a sore body.For women, green and red band is a must and if you train regularly and lift heavy weights the blue can be an option.
