I was looking for a step for home to create and practice choreography for classes. This one is smaller that a standard step, and not quite as stable. It works fine for my purposes, but if I want to do an all out step workout, it won''t cut it.
The smaller size is good for storage, though. And it''s significantly less expensive than most other steps.
This step is great for home-use. It''s not as wide as the steps used in health clubs but the stepping surface is larger than most home-steps, and is very sturdy. I used to teach hard-core step classes in my younger days and I still jump around on my step when I workout. I have broken 2 other brands (can''t remember which ones they were), but this one is still keeping up with me!
