Suzanne Somers Toning System Featuring Thighmaster Gold and Thighmaster LBX

I received the Suzanne Somers Toning System a few days ago and have used it each day since then. I am very pleased with the results so far. I am glad that I purchased the complete package with both the Thighmaster Gold and Thighmaster LBX, as well as the instruction booklet and CD. My muscles are getting a great workout and I feel a little bit closer to my fitness goals each day.

After many years of hype about this and the results I finally purchased this to tone the inner thighs. I use both the Thighmaster Gold and Thighmaster LBX a minimimum of five times a week, yet I barely see results. The concept seems great, I can feel the muscle tighten, but did not see results. On the third week I began adding some of my own exercises for legs including inner thighs and hips. There are a number of exercises with the Thighmaster Gold video for upper body, and still saw very little if any results. After week three I measured and saw some results with inches lost. If you''re looking for what this product advertises, I would suggest saving your money, do some leg lifts, and invest in some inexpensive hand weights at Target. The only plus is that if you get creative with this product you can reach other hard to reach muscles in the back and lower abs that help a little. If you''re a gym rat, then keep your membeship and go to the gym. The product is okay, but for the most part there are other alternatives. Incidentally, I do more reps on this equipment than anything mentioned in the manual or dvd. There are statements that Ms. Somers does fifty reps every night before she goes to bed. I do about 100 daily still with little result. The product is just okay, but I do not think it does as advertised.
